"I will miss seeing these every day."

I received a text from a friend a few weeks ago that read,

"In order to live a rich life,
one must have more beginnings than endings."

My time in Lexington, KY has come to an end, but a new beginning in St. Augustine, FL officially has begun...

Push-Up Progression

"I bet I could do 100 push-ups in a row."
"I just bench press to work my chest."

The next time someone says this to you, ask to see their push-up technique...

Never. Ever. Give up.

Make it happen.

4/2/2013

It's April? Where has the year gone?!

Since 2013 is already 1/4 of the way complete, I figured now would be the perfect time to review some of the goals I set for myself at the beginning of the year.

I review these goals often (and have set other ones along the way), and I'd like to share my progress thus far. I've found that making my goals known to others holds me accountable more so than if I keep them to myself...
